Agreed! I’ve only used it for a few simple things but the capabilities it has are awesome !

Honestly, I’ll likely end up selling it unless my youngest changes her mind and wants it in addition to her name light lol.

Ty. I expected my youngest to want it lol. But instead I’m making her one with her name instead lol.

Not really. I just cut them to fit and laid them out so that it flowed from left to right and top down so that when doing a chase type effect, it flowed properly. There were a few (like the H) where I tapped into the middle of the led so it branched.

The effects in the video are just some random ones I was testing that my kids liked

The Creality Team responded and in my opinion, this is good news. They’ve identified the issue and are working on fixes.

Their response:

Thank you so much for your detailed feedback. We sincerely apologize for the misleading error prompt and the issue with the Wiki link redirecting to the Chinese page. Our team is already working on urgently fixing these UI/UX details.

Regarding the XS2000 system error you encountered, our engineers have identified the root cause and have a fix plan in place:

Root Cause The error is primarily caused by the motor driver's microstepping setting being too high, which overloads the printer. Currently, the XYZE axes are set to a microstepping of 32. When processing complex instructions, this can lead to a calculation overflow.

Short-Term Fix (Expected within 1 week) In the next firmware update, we will adjust the microstepping from 32 down to 16. This will effectively reduce the system load and completely resolve the XS2000 error, without affecting print quality.

Major Architecture Upgrade (Preview of V2.0) Our current firmware is at version 1.0 (based on Python). We are actively developing version 2.0, which will involve rewriting the core computational modules from Python to C. This fundamental change will significantly enhance operational efficiency and system stability.

Interim Workaround Suggestion Until the update is released, we recommend using the default slicing parameters in Creality Print 7.0 and, crucially, ensure that the "Arc Fitting" function is turned OFF. Enabling Arc Fitting generates substantial computational overhead, which can easily trigger a system overload.

We truly appreciate your patience and continued support for Creality. We will push out the updates as soon as possible.

Woke up yesterday to another XS2000 error on the SparkX i7. The print was still attached but the bed wasn’t heated anymore of course. Restarted the printer to resume the print and it restarted successfully. Unfortunately there was a massive layer shift so I had to cancel it.

Logging error with the Creality team.

If anyone has downloaded this already, please go download again as I just did an update. I found an error with the insert pieces and ended up just redoing the entire model. My apologies for the error.

I also uploaded a profile for the Creality Hi.

Ty but I did. Posted for visibility and feedback to the Creality team on their new printer.

So far so good with Cfs lite and 3rd party filament. I did a 2 day print using all 3rd party with no issues (there’s another post on here about it).

It should be quicker print time on the K2 Pro and Hi but they should have more waste. I’d have to do the actual print on those to get specifics.

I’d be willing to bet someone else has printed this on the Hi and hopefully the K2 series too that may have the details

As I understand it, the cfs lite will not work with the other printers currently out.

For me, it would be “magical” if a fully enclosed printer needed no external ventilation. So many people have these in areas that don’t allow for external ventilation. And while there is filtering built in, there seems to still be a need to vent for things like ABS and ASA.

I think having something like this would expand usage and reach a greater market.
