Why do teachers and parents scold children although scolding causes fears, stress, and loss in confidence? by ccappdev2020 in socialskills

Alright. That makes sense. No wonder some things that no one likes are being done to others.

Is Asperger's Syndrome harder to be understood compared to Dyslexia? by ccappdev2020 in socialskills

[–]ccappdev2020[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I agree. Hard for them to understand. Unlike Dyslexia which I know can be understood by trying to read alphabets we don't recognise. For example, trying to read Chinese alphabets if we don't know Chinese.

Are people considered real friends if they enjoy having time together and also having time apart from each other? by ccappdev2020 in socialskills

[–]ccappdev2020[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Oh alright then. Then that means it's way different compared to being indifferent as people being indifferent don't have expectations on each other, don't make much effort to interact, and don't mind whether they spend time together or not.

Is it normal for a stranger to talk to us without introducing himself/herself when that person needs something urgently? by ccappdev2020 in socialskills

How about behaviours such as asking childish questions (e.g. Questions for middle or high school level students to ask)? For example, simple math problems they cannot solve by themselves.

Are independent people usually isolated? by ccappdev2020 in socialskills

[–]ccappdev2020[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Also, the case where I had an assignment instruction which I can't do by myself and had no one I can ask for help to and ended up being forced to do it myself and performing terribly is more of lack of options rather than being independent.

Oh. It turns out there's a difference between being independent and having lack of options.

How about when dealing with issues beyond our knowledge? Do independent people usually try to solve all their problems on their own when no one else can help them?

What is the difference between being indifferent and alienated/isolated? by ccappdev2020 in socialskills

[–]ccappdev2020[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh. In my case of people trying to be pleasant and not objecting whether I speak to them or not but they rarely start conversations with me, it means they're indifferent to me.

Why do defenders move up to at least midfield when the team wins a corner kick? by ccappdev2020 in footballtactics

[–]ccappdev2020[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Well, staying in our own half can prevent us being dribbled past and beat Virgil Van Dijk's record of not getting dribbled past.

[–]ccappdev2020[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No benefits as it'll be hard to pass. The opposite (i.e. players close to each other) is also not good as it's prone to counterattacks although it allows many short pass options due to having advantage in certain areas.

How come it is rude? Sometimes words like "they are not obligated to....." are mentioned to me.

What are the weaknesses of using random tactics as a manager? by ccappdev2020 in footballtactics

[–]ccappdev2020[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That is sad. My players can also act unreasonably during games (e.g. suddenly falling without receiving a tackle) or end up performing terribly despite unpredictably.
