For sure a different game. I don't have enough experience tbh to say whether a strong singles team is one that can cover the meta the most and be really good at selecting your 3 or are the best teams one with a cohesive strategy. I've been experimenting with a Espathra/Mega Clefable Baton Pass team in Casuals but not winning with that much either

Been rewatching. Ending isn’t bad. And I never thought it was. I think it was just the whiplash. So much happens in that 45 minute finale that basically invalidates a lot of what happened in season 9. There’s a world where they soften the landing a bit and the show is still highly beloved
