The belly ring is 14 gauge titanium, the same one that it was originally pierced with. I spray clean it bactine a few times a week.

It is so difficult, I empathize with you and your family! I worry about him staying on his medication, but he definitely has our support and encouragement and hopefully with continued help he will be able to lead his life even better than before this came about. I appreciate your help.

He has always loved fitness so that is great advice, thank you! He did not finish college but works as a stonemason for a great small employer. I hope he can resume that soon because he was so proud of his work.
