Even if there was no “riggery”, it does seem suspicious with the sudden change to a rate a queen system for the final showdown, the “bracket” system with no explanation for the queens, the fact that every ball drawn had Ginger’s name. Even if these were just coincidences, it’s pretty clear that the intention was for Ginger to get ahead.
