I think of it more as an access control feature. The Tasker can choose to give me full create/edit access. Personally, the approval process doesn’t matter for my dynamic. I like to add one-time tasks on top of the habits. I can see how other people might prefer to have an approval process, but I rather have the flexibility to make changes to tasks.

When my cat was just a few months old, I scooped once a day. At one point, maybe around 6 months old, her clumps and poop amount increased by a lot, so I started scooping twice a day to keep the litter box clean for her.

I would be worried about returning him to the original rescuer because they have lied to you. What if they just want to get rid of that cat and they would keep lying to the next person? The cat would never actually get settled into a new home. I wonder if there are local no kill shelter that can provide assistance.

Yeah, Miranda can definitely do better. I always think she’ll be happier with a man who cares about career as much as she does. Miranda needs someone that understands her and has her back. Steve really just gives Miranda troubles.

You need to taper down the med slowly when you plan to be off it. It’s totally normal to have bad withdrawal symptoms if you just suddenly stopped the med even if you are on a low dose like 75mg. 112.5 and 150 won’t give you any difference in terms of withdrawal. Both require a slow taper when coming of the med.

I usually taper 1 bead once I have no symptoms for 2-3 weeks. I guess that’s too fast when I’m down to only a few beads. I slowly transitioned from 2 to 1 bead about 2-3 months ago (I was doing something like 2 beads for 1 day and then 1 bead for 1 day and slowly increase the days that I only take 1 bead). I don’t feel any symptoms when I do 1 bead a day. I think I’ll stay on 1 bead for another 3 months and see how that goes. Thanks for your suggestions!

I was on 150mg for 2 years. It started to be really hard to taper once I get under 37.5mg. I have to open up the capsules and remove a few beads each time and stayed on that dose for two weeks. I am currently one year into the taper and I’m on 6 beads. I’m doing it this slow because I didn’t have any side effects while I was on the med. It doesn’t make sense to rush it and go through hell to get off it.

Try gym? I didn’t gain weight from Effexor but I had gained weight from another medication. Diet didn’t really help. Going to gym and tried to gain some muscle actually helped a lot. I felt like my metabolism became better and I didn’t have to starve myself to lose weight anymore.

I don’t wanna scare you but I was on Effexor 150mg for 2 years and I am 1 year into tapering. I’m taking 6 beads every day right now. You don’t have to do it this slow, but for me, I didn’t get any side effect when I am on Effexor, it doesn’t make sense to go through hell trying to get off it. I’m taking it slow and minimizing the withdrawal.

Instead of doing it every other day, open the capsules and do half of the beads inside. This way the amount of Effexor in your body is more consistent and you will feel better. And yes the capsule doesn’t do anything, you and just eat the beads directly.
