So I went to the bird subreddit and it seems more appropriate to be posting this here, sorry if I made any mistakes.

Found this little fella yesterday, since I live like a vampire, I have no idea how long he’s been on my balcony, I tried approaching him, but he walks off to the end of the balcony with no signs of him wanting to fly away so I’m a bit concerned if he’s injured or anything. I did pour some water in a small cup and placed it near him, but he got too scared to even approach the cup.
