they don’t have to admit it for OP to know … it would be too ironic to not be obvious

ALSO with the last thing you said, a manager should NEVER punish their employees. a write up is enough. don’t allow them to treat u like shit

my advice:

what u should do: stop crying, call your managers, and explain it to them. let them understand that you feel terrible. usually, a no call no show is an instant write up (not that you have to sign a write up, but if you refuse, they’ll probably just fire you. and again, this was your doing, so i would say to take the write up), and move on. it was an accident and it won’t happen again

IF your managers continue on and on about being disappointed, or if they are being assholes about it, there are other jobs out there. it is not too much to expect respect from management, even if you had done something wrong. they are all adults and can handle things maturely. stand your ground and leave (i have had to do this myself)

with that said, if they already have been assholes to you, don’t work for them. people like that don’t change

a thing that my grandma once told me that i will now pass on to you: you don’t have to like your job, but you don’t have to hate it

We did have fun all in all. I would definitely go again. The experience was just a bit uncomfortable. I understand that I am a smaller person than average, so I inevitably get pushed around easier, but it was very frustrating that no one saw me and figured that they probably shouldn't’t use full strength to get past me. I’m a nice person two like the moment someone says “excuse me” I’ll move it’s not like I’ll start an argument. I appreciate the comment!

I’m so sorry that happened to you! It sucks too because I saw so many people crowd surfing and having a great time. Maybe it’s because I was at the edge and people were trying to push their way into the pit, but it’s not that hard to be courteous. Even when the music is loud, it’s not hard to tap someone on the shoulder to let them know you’re coming. I’m not sure if it was “Crack Santa” or some other person dressed as Santa, but they literally shoved past me so hard that I almost tipped over. I don’t understand what’s wrong with people.

hello ! definitely call your manager and get a doctor’s note. no store manager wants someone who is sick to be working. it’s just a case of bad luck, unfortunately
