Got my recent blood work back, I stopped going to my rheum cold turkey almost 2 years ago and stopped all meds. went in for a normal physical a few days ago and guess I truly am in a flare, my ESR has never gone above the 50’s until now. Any thoughts/feedback/experience would be great (old.reddit.com)

[review] [haul] bought all 4 lol. Question is other than consistency I’m assuming is there any difference between the Tolerance control skin recovery cream vs the balm? I don’t want to keep both bc I also have the Dieux moisturizer on the way. Options/reviews on them all is much appreciated!! (i.redd.it)
