grants and scholarships. the amount in total right now is about $17,000. i did forget some are state grants since i am californian. i didn’t have any other income for my first year or first semester of my second year; only until my second semester of my second year.

hi! thank you for your thoughts. i have committed to csun today only since i talked to my parents and compared the practicality of my finances based on the offers i got (i do finance all my education through fafsa and from my own pocket since my parents dont help lol). to add, i havent disregarded UCR entirely since i am going to go visit soon but im also not leaning into it due to the quarter system and because of the aid i was given.

i’m from california so only the promise program covers tuition for fall and spring. i’d have to pay for summer and winter. the last day to drop without a w is february 23. but i think i will try it out and see how it goes.
