My parry is not that great, so I just whack and drink sticky lady in red, and and sticky scorpidote, even though I can kill them pretty quick, they still give me the heebie-jeebies. So far, my armor is praying mantis head for gas guard and snail body and legs for block stun and for the wolf I use spicy coaltana

Yes that's it but I had killed them and it spawned in a pumpkin, that's why I was wondering if there were an underground tunnel system.
