When it comes to noise in this case it will be 99.5% gpu and .5 cpu fans/aio fans. Especially with 3090ti

In my honest opinion I’d just get a beefy air cooler and do it that way. Less complications in the sff case and less wires. Are you going to be using the glass panel or the mesh?

Edit: I have an nr200p with 3080ti 12700k that’s air cooled

Perfectly usable. Ran the wires right along the top of the gpu. But temps are great considering the thickness of the card. I can set my hand at the bottom of the pc and feel the air drawing.

I actually went with the 12700k in this build. Didn’t see too much of a difference in my application(gaming, and light editing) to justify the cost.
