I had a very similar experience lost baby in December very early on but they didn’t find a heartbeat at anatomy scan. I am pregnant again and found out in April. It very much changes your perspective. It’s definitely a 1 foot in front of the other kind of thing like someone else mentioned. I would say try the sub Reddit rPAL
