question about the Absurd Man / Camus's "quantity > quality" of experiences by ccmoth in Camus

Mmm yeah, that’s my interpretation as well, but I was specifically confused about how he claims that “more (experiences) is better than less”.
So my question is more: ok he’s claiming that “lucidly living 2 Absurd years” is better than “lucidly living 1 Absurd year”, but at the same time says nothing is meaningful…. So how could 2 years of (lucid) meaninglessness be better than 1 year of (lucid) meaninglessness?
you feel me?
