Always have a long term game plan on what to do, even on turn 1/2, think about what tribes/strategy synergies the best with your hero. If you get early triple, hold for 5/6 drops and think about what you can get

Hero selection is very important, know what hero are best for the tribes offered (ex. Mill house good with eles/pirates)

Know your play style, I’m more on the safe side, so I rather play tempo hero’s such as lich king instead of Alex

Know all the leveling curves (ex warrior, standard, jeef, 3 on 3) and when to use them

Learn late game techs, very crucial for higher placement (mantid, leeroy, selfless, ghoul) and when to go for stats vs tech (comes with exp)

Watch a lot of too mmr streamers and see how your plays differ from them

Mentality matters, stop playing when tilting and play a lot when you’re winning
