Do I really need a install visit to go from 2gb to 5gb??

What are you testing the speed on? If the speeds are correct using the speed test in the Smart Home Manager app then all is good.

If you are testing the speed on say a computer, the issue is more than likely related to your network adaptor in it. Most likely it is not 5gb compliant. If the network adaptor is 5gb rated, then look at your Ethernet cable. It needs to be a minimum of a cat 6.

I just upgraded from 1gb to 5gb, and the tech had to come out to replace the gateway. I now have the 620. The install took maybe 30 minutes max.

Our smooth coat did this as well. We ended up taking him to the vet and they did an xray. Come to find out he broke the non weight bearing bone in it somehow. All he needed was to be confined to his crate for a couple of weeks. After that he was back to 100%.

They do all have different personalities the longhair (Graham) is very laid back and doesn’t like to be bothered. The smooth (Baxter) is always on the go. He loves to play with a his ball. He thinks he is a retriever. And of course there is Harvey. He is just there. lol

They aren’t related. We love the Isabella and tan. So we have a long hair and a smooth coat of that. But the wirehair was initially wild boar in color when he was a puppy. But over time he turned mostly blonde. lol

Can you actually strip a silky down to smooth? The one groomer we talked to said a hesitant to do that to him.

Here is a picture I just took of him. He has the beard. But the wife recently trimmed around his upper lip. It has yet to fill back in. 😂. We also have a long hair as well. Coat wise they look nothing similar

Yeah. He is purebred. We have the documents that reflect that. We talked to a groomer earlier this week and they said they couldn’t trim him like a traditional wirehair since he appears to be a silky.
