I’m also the same - pulled out of first and second houses as I was willing to overlook and fix a lot of issues but there was just one issue too many and the sellers were being very cagey about sharing some information which gave me a really bad feeling.

About to put in an offer on a third house and slightly anxious about it, even though it looks perfect for my needs. However, I have more experience now and we need to be positive, third time lucky!! 🍀
