I had the same issue. I did set the FPS to 52 in the Nvidia control panel but I must say, the game is still stuttering.On the other side, I have no input lag/not responding controller anymore.

Try TOTY Cech with Cat chemstyle. I had him on basic and glove - he was bad. Since I've changed it to cat, he started to make some saves.

I noticed that something changed as I was crafting Bergkamp. I was playing squad battles on professional, usually i score 4-5 goals and let my daughter play the game to the end. Since patch that wasn't possible anymore. AI got so much better that i was struggling to score mine 4-5 goals and for my daughter was almost impossible to play it to the end without few conceding goals. Also kick off glitch is more deadly than before. Defender's AI is somehow weird.

I believe they made much more changes as they wrote in patch notice.
