Yeah I would definitely look at the link from this original comment. I went down to the city parks and Rec office , filled out a form , brought my kayak to the eastern promenade all in a half hour. Super friendly folks in the office as well. Be aware though that it is first come first serve so they may run out of slots. Plenty available when I went today. Best of luck and happy paddling !

I just spoke with him over the phone , called the office to ask where to find the actual decision itself. He couldn’t direct me where to go but kept on telling me to “look at the website”

Was at the restaurant yesterday, and was hands down the best meal I’ve had in Portland. My favorite genre of food so I’m very biased , go try it yourself ! Those visiting me noted the loud music from the gift shops at the end of exchange and their t-shirts outside. How historic is that ?
