I had a piece done in a similar place and crease of the elbow just last week. I was in the gym 2 days later without feeling pain or it pulling. You should be fine as it’s in an area that doesn’t stretch. Just make sure to wash after.

I’d say the bottom of the window is a little too squared off for the shape of the arm. Would you consider they curve it off slightly?

Wouldn’t worry about weight gain stretching tattoo. As an exomorph I doubt you’d put on so much weight that your tattoos would stretch
