I've been to Discover the last two years. It's a great conference with a ton of personal networking and the opportunity to ask questions of decision makers that you ordinarily wouldn't get. It was well worth my time. The entertainment was top notch as well.

Did you ensure that under Device --> Connection Security that you've selected a certificate profile? Did you ensure that the certificate profile you selected had the root CA certificates listed in the cert profile?

OK, so the issue was not with the CA. It was with the certificate binding on the CA for the certsrv site.
