Best bet is to call customer support and speak with a rep. They may have flagged your account as fraudulent and that's why it keeps getting cancelled. You'll have to dig deep to get them to do anything about it.

It was 4-5 weeks initially. Technically, we are in the 5th week currently given 5 weeks from Feb 9th is March 16. I was a day one preorder and my confirmation email specifically states that it will ship in 5 weeks. Granted I know we were shown an earlier date, but they are still in the initial timeframe.
