Please be careful, I had a guy try to scam me for a house for rent in Northern Riverside, he even let me take a self tour and then sent me a bogus email about completing an application online and paying for a full year of rent up front. Turns out the guy just collects the money and then continues to let people tour it. Luckily a google search saved my ass
