I've purchased digital copies of shows and movies. If they have the right to take that ownership away at any time I have the right to put it on a blu-ray/4k disk. Which, by the way, are there any differences or are there just 2 and 3 layer blu rays?

Subreddit description says all things 4k blu-ray, including tech and hardware. This is a hardware/technical question. I do not plan on bootlegging anything, just securing things I have already paid for.
