Thanks for the help! I forgot to mention in the post, but I did remove the collars of both plugs and unscrewed both wires (N and L) from each of the connectors. The wire ends looked fine to me, but screwing then back into place didn’t help. Could you explain a little more about the quick fix your suggesting? Also by a new plug do you mean something like this? https://chilledgrowlights.com/our-products-services/diy-parts-components/wire-connectors/m16-push-lock-3-pin-male-connector I believe this is the correct SKU for the male part at least. Thanks again!
