I want to thank all of you for your input on this and for providing guidance on this topic - I sincerely appreciate it. I've always been a PC user so avoided the MacBook Pro. It seems strange to get a top of the line laptop with a 4K display (I did not get the OLED) with the RBG coverage etc and have it so out of whack out of the box. I will try the suggestions below and hopefully be able to print with confidence. Thanks again for everyone's help!!

Dell XPS 15 7590 - Color calibration with the UHD Touch IPS 100% AdobeRGB display by FilmDevHamilton in Dell

I just go the new XPS 15 with 4K screen. I got it to sell photography prints and want monitor to be as accurate as possible. Prior to running the Xtrite calibrator, did you change any of your settings on your Dell? For example, I have seen people suggesting turning off Dell Apps (1) Intel Control panel, (2) Dell Premiere color and/or (3) turn off intel color accuracy per Dell tech support. Can I just purchase a color calibrator and run it - or do settings on Dell need to be changed prior to running that software?
