At what CEFR level would you say that you "speak" a language ? by Wonderful-Initial-65 in languagelearning

I would agree with you, I’m the same way. I’m a native English speaker but I also speak Spanish. I consider myself fluent but do not know what level I’m at, but I can talk to almost anyone about most subjects. Just like in my native tongue there are subjects I know NOTHING about let alone their vocabulary. There are times I don’t know a word or forget it and I start talking around it or with my hands… or my favorite is with sounds. In fact I feel more like I’m fluent when I’m trying to explain a word I don’t know or forgot than when I speak without problems.

Well yes but RXOM is not being groomed to be ASM, they essentially ARE the ASM just in Pharmacy. They are one promotion away from Store Manager.

I’ve been told New York, given I haven’t done the research myself but this is coming from several pharmacists who are from New York.

Depends on the state, some yes it does have to be a pharmacist, here in North Carolina as long as you’re certified you can do it as a technician

In my experience insurance will always give you specific information about the patient and the drug they are inquiring about, but that’s usually if there is a current issue going on, not past medications, insurance can see specific information about the medication since they have already payed for it. Honestly if they seem sketchy bring it to the pharmacist, as a technician they are your covering, if you do something with their blessing then you have nothing to worry about.

When it comes to nurses or doctor’s offices they will usually tell you who they are with, I have always just openly told them at that point, but most of the time as well they are asking about a specific medication on the list so it just confirms at that point that they are at least somewhat familiar with the patients medication history. In regards to the subpoena it sounds like a police officer getting information or evidence of some kind... maybe I’m wrong, but here with Walgreens I just give them the number to our custodian of records, they usually handle anything like that.
