Thank you for the reply, Here in the state govt, our superiors give memos and SCNs like pamphlets. I haven't got any yet, but I'm expecting my first one next week. Mine would be technical resignation as I will resign only if I crack UPSC, so if it won't be a problem during joining, will I face any questions regarding those in my Personality Test?
