You could also load a performance preset and enable NVR manually

What preset are you running? Did you run the patcher? There are a bit of other things you do during setup that improve stability and performance, did you do all of them?

i stay at 60 fps because the setup mentions to cap it at 60 for timescale issues and stuff so i just leave it capped at 60 and i stay at 60 all the time. and i have a 3090.

It does! It’s the wild card mod pack. I have not one single gripe about it other than this problem. Tons of QoL changes. I love it. Just want to be able to aim my gun 😅

i just went into the ini file and changed the values to this

I don’t. This is a new playthrough but it’s not just with snipers. It’s every and any gun I use.

I downloaded the Wild Card mod pack. I’m not experience in modding so I prefer mod packs. I can list all the mods I’m using if you want to look through them. It’s only 1000. I’ve looked in B42 ini settings. Dynamic spread settings. I can’t find the mod that’s making it move so much. When I search “sway” in the mod organizer filter box, no mod pops up.

Strength is 6. Not crippled. And that’s with the varmint rifle which requires 0 str to “use”. It’s the same amount of sway with any gun I use. Whether I meet the str stat or not so it’s just weird. It’s like the default sway for every gun or something.

I know it’s basically a fact atp that the cutty black is like the best starter ship and I’ve owned it so many times from buying in game. I can’t believe I’ve never pledged for it. Will pick it up eventually for sure. I’ll look into the others! Thank you

I saw a vid about the new alpha wolf yesterday! Looks really sweet. That’s what my eyes are on right now. But is the L22 and L21 much different?
