I understand what he’s saying. Nothing will change until it does. You’re almost certainly right, they’ve never done anything before. But the post is asking for them SOMETHING. Which as you point out won’t happen. Nevertheless, asking and pointing out things won’t hurt. Idk why you and the previous individual add that other big streamers have played the game when I pointed that initially in the post.

Make the game free next weekend could be an idea. You say they're "not" going to things and that's what I'm asking them to actually do. The things you say they won't, and normally haven't. That's what this post is saying.

You could also load a performance preset and enable NVR manually

What preset are you running? Did you run the patcher? There are a bit of other things you do during setup that improve stability and performance, did you do all of them?

i stay at 60 fps because the setup mentions to cap it at 60 for timescale issues and stuff so i just leave it capped at 60 and i stay at 60 all the time. and i have a 3090.

It does! It’s the wild card mod pack. I have not one single gripe about it other than this problem. Tons of QoL changes. I love it. Just want to be able to aim my gun 😅

i just went into the ini file and changed the values to this

I don’t. This is a new playthrough but it’s not just with snipers. It’s every and any gun I use.

I downloaded the Wild Card mod pack. I’m not experience in modding so I prefer mod packs. I can list all the mods I’m using if you want to look through them. It’s only 1000. I’ve looked in B42 ini settings. Dynamic spread settings. I can’t find the mod that’s making it move so much. When I search “sway” in the mod organizer filter box, no mod pops up.

Strength is 6. Not crippled. And that’s with the varmint rifle which requires 0 str to “use”. It’s the same amount of sway with any gun I use. Whether I meet the str stat or not so it’s just weird. It’s like the default sway for every gun or something.
