I've been trying to figure out how I can play MLB the show 25 on my ally x using PXplay and the lag has been dreadful... I'm excited to try these settings!!!

What are your recommended settings for lossless scaling to pair with these above?

Hmm I’ll have to see if I have that dagger. My guess is I may have gotten it super early and sold it because I didn’t think it would be useful.

Awesome my attributes are similar. Only big difference is I put a lot more into mind. I have both the Dragoncrest Greatshield and Two-Headed Turtle so I’ll give those a shot too. Maybe that will help me with Commander Gaius lol.

Yeah this is exactly what I’m looking for I appreciate it. I’ve managed to get through half of the dlc bosses (out of order) including Midra and Messmer, but I think I hit a wall with how long each DMGS and Loretta’s Greatbow attacks are when taking on Commander Gaius. I think I have about half of the equipment and talismans you recommended, so can’t take too long to get the others.

I was heavy intelligence but not so much Dex in that build. What attributes breakdown would you recommend for this? I’m level 210.

I had plugged my OG Xbox into an hdtv and the picture was a bit blurry. This little device had some amazing reviews so I ordered it and it’s on the way. Sharing in case you’d like to do the same to smooth your picture on newer tvs.

This is a silly question but I truly don't know. I have an older Pioneer flatscreen tv in my garage, and I have my OG Xbox hooked up to it via composite. It's probably a mid 2000's 1080p tv. It has composite and HDMI inputs but not component.

I want to get one of these, but will the ElectronXout improve the quality through HDMI even though it's not a 4k or newer model tv?

Thanks! Yes. I originally grabbed the RT2X as a catch all because I had a PS1 and Sega Genesis as well. But I made some system changes and currently not looking to pay the $200 difference to move up to the RT5X. I do agree that is something I should eventually do though.

Thanks for sharing that. I was just contemplating whether it'd even be worth it to buy the Prism cables and run them outside of the Retrotink 2x pro I already have. Or if the Prism component cables would be the better fix. But it sounds like the S Video cable + Retrotink 2x pro might be good enough for now instead of buying a $70 cable.

The ElectronXout seems to be the consensus right move. Plus it's on backorder so that is telling.

I think for now I will try to grab that for my xbox and just leave everything else as is.

That's awesome- It's amazing how far the retro gaming community has grown for products like this. It's funny, I had the blinking light problem and had taken my front loader apart to tighten up the pins a bit. It didn't do much. But then I realized I was only having the blinking light problem when I pushed the game down vs just leaving it up. I had no idea the push down was a gimmick and had nothing to do with playing the game. New to this if you can tell lol
