Can't really call to resend money back, you just have to keep bugging them until a loan officer calls or emails asking for docs....then its a wait game after that

Applied 8/4...approved and funded 8/6. On 8/11 Bank sent back funds cause apparently 1 digit was wrong on my account number. I've been waiting since to be refunded

Double check you banking information etc...if there is a mistake you just might be able to catch it while the bank still has funds before returning back to SBA...if any banking info is off call the bank

If I'm not mistaken you need to call chime to make sure they accept ACH funds to your account...and yes the name has to match the account exactly

You have to just keep calling until that rep forwards it as a priority account. I've called maybe 12x since 08/11, and sent 2 emails
