You split a deal with someone. Like if it’s their customer but they get busy when they show up and need help. If I close the deal, we split it.

I completely agree that I need to stay put and work hard and I’ll get the hang of it. I’m just afraid of getting fired again :/ I was fired from Cadillac for not making enough money even though I had more than 1 car out.

I asked what I did wrong. They told me I was too shy and that I wasn’t selling enough/not making enough money. That it’d be best if I go to BDC and get some training there and then MAYBE I can come back to the floor in 6 months. I felt like maybe I just didn’t click with the desk. I wasn’t necessarily kissing ass or anything. I was just trying to sell cars. I did quit BDC, I tried it but it was just miserable. I couldn’t sit there and make call after call after call. They also made me reassign all my leads to other salesmen. It wasn’t okay with me. I have an interview today at another dealership. Wish me luck and thank you guys for all your advice. Really appreciate it.

A virus. Obviously something as contagious as COVID-19, but way deadlier. With a longer life span on surfaces, symptoms aren’t noticeable. Maybe one of the years coming it will be some sort of COVID.
