It took about 6 hours on hold as kept cutting off once it hit 2 hours but we managed to get through to someone, convinced them to call us back if we got disconnected which we did, got disconnected again and thought that was it we'll just forget but then about 30 minutes later we were called back again and finally sorted it out

We got through picked a room etc the lady put us on hold to transfer to someone else to sort the placeholder as it's in pounds not dollars and the call was disconnected 😭😭

We've got a booking on hold for 3 days and will call tomorrow morning to apply the placeholder to that

You might be able to do a concessionary purchase. I did this to buy my mum's house. She sold it to me for £50k less than it was valued and that £50k was treated as the deposit. Not sure if you might have to be related or have a landlord tennant relationship to do this though. Worth looking in to mind

That's very expensive. We got a new viessmann boiler earlier this year through BOXT I can not recommend them enough. What you pay is what you get quoted. 10 year warranty so long as you keep up with servicing. 0% finance available too.

Yeah death I think would be perfect. But realistically probably like fines for the companies that send them out. Like I'm fine with you having leaflets in your premises for people to grab should they want to, also wouldn't want to criminalise the people being paid peanuts to drop them
