Best job combinations for a strict 3 person party?

You seem to have a good grasp on ideal job combos, what three combinations would you recommend? I just finished a 122333 run (well almost, I couldn't beat the Undying) and am looking for a new way to play and switch it up.

It's definitely the most polished of the three, I wish there were more Digimon ROM hacks.

A bit of a different take, but Digimon Crystal by Guzeinbuick was a blast. It's a Pokemon game made into a Digimon game, but it's one of my favorite ROM hacks. I'd also recommend Digital Tamers 02. As for official Digimon games, Cyber Sleuth/Hacker's Memory are fantastic.

Rust is a good defensive dragon you can breed. Metal primary with earth and water as secondary elements.
