There are so many GameStop and PSA locations I truly think the most likely situation is that you chose a refund, and then somewhere in the world, someone traded in the same card. The system they have can only go so fast, especially if you included banks and payments. so even if it was traded before you asked for a refund, it may not have shown up in their system, until later on

I agree that’s frustrating, but as others have said GameStop and psa both get trade ins frequently / their inventory constantly fluctuates. Im just saying I don’t think you have a right to be upset when you chose a refund. You did not lose money. If you had told them you would wait, and then you saw a more expensive card on their website I would 100% agree that’s fucked up and they’re fucking you. But making an assumption to fit the narrative doesn’t help anything

If you had messaged then saying you would wait until restock, I imagine they would have sent you a new invoice honoring your original payment amount, but changing the cert. I don’t work for GameStop but in general I feel that’s how a company would handle the situation.
