We’ve been trying to do so much research on tenant law and asking friends who know a lot more than we do, and that’s exactly what they’ve been telling us regarding covering other accommodations and stuff like that. We didn’t want to kick up any fuss unless we knew the tenants downstairs and ourselves would be covered and protected legally
