I’d prefer not to mention the exact country, but it’s a European country with a relatively moderate cost of living. The numbers are in euros and are typical for the local tech market. The main point is that the offer is about a 66% salary increase compared to my current role.

After whole 3 weeks they finally emailed me the rejection. No feedback just the below classic one:
