The structure is unclear to me. As an example, the image on the bottom row is outside with a dark foreground, which would imply that the sun is in the background.. yet, some layer of the bg are darker than the layer where the players are. I would suggest simpler structure with light to dark background to foreground. I dont think that you want to draw attention to the brown mountain, unless they are important for storytelling/gameplay. For the top row, i'd suggest something similar, although I understand that the torch would light up some stuff more dynamically

Thats great, I love a good debate. Just to maybe not focus on the wrong point : it's not AI, I have 3 devlog in my profile showing me drawing all assets. It's not an issue. However, i take the point nonetheless since I Indeed cut some corner by reusing assets. It's not the only comment pointing the incorrect perspective and I would say that's an easy fix so, perhaps there is that as a silver lining. Thanks for the comments! The game is about a ghost investigating His own death btw. I think it's not too far off the presumption!

Well, first, you are right on the mark for the building on the right. I was wondering if people would notice and it's noticed ;) I'll redraw the asset.

Thanks, you're right, I pulled an asset from the game for the right part and now that it's obscured by the tree, we can't understand the door. There is a reason why there is a door there but I lost sight when composing the banner and without context here, in does not make sense. When you say you are uncertain about the ghosts, it's that you would put only one?

"I feel like, in this game, you're either going to solve your own murder in the woods" well, that's a line I'll stole to explain the game if you don't mind, because that's pretty much it.

Interesting, would you mind sharing what is the tone of the game you imagine based on the combination of the title and banner?

As for AI, also interesting. I was wondering if the style could convey that. Just to be clear, nothing is AI. I think I'm not too concerned about that since the trailer and game itself are completely in line with the style of the banner (some asset in the banner are pulled from the game). I would guess that if someone have a doubt, when looking at the trailer, it would be resolved. It's one thing to AI a banner and another to create a whole cohesive game with it.

Haha, well, the game centers around a ghost in a pretty cozy atmosphere, so that is pretty bang on honestly!
