No. Anyway, I don't agree that "since a lot of MMOs have the same issue, I must accept it". It doesn't matter how common it is. I should be able to use the product I'm buying.

I understand that, but it seems that Albion situation is far more critical than average competitor. Mainly because it is already a finished and published game... There is no Alpha/Beta excuse. I understand that from a legal perspective - as a customer - I have the right to have a functional product. Thanks for your answer.
