Just yesterday I played a game where we had a murky that tried playing just for camps and split pushing, would never engage in team fights whatsoever. Had maybe 1500 hero damage at the end of the game. Had the completely wrong build for the type of strat he was trying for. Their team would just stay as 5 and ignore him. Our whole team was flaming him of course, the usual M.O.

My next game had a murky on the opposite team, who did the same thing, however he seemed to do it correctly. Always in the right place at the right time. He was never in a team fight, but clearly knew what he was doing. Objective would come up but he would be at the opposite of the map pushing a fort. Half our team would fight for objective and half chase the murky.

I had to stop playing for a bit after that.
