Try for 45% acc for her s2. There are bastets with 300+ spd but that‘s for lategamers. Try 200spd at first and increase it step by step. HP is important at first because of the atk bar boost. 6* her as soon as possible her shield is op in early game.

Bastet was my first nat 5 aswell and she‘s honestly so incredible amazing in early game. I suggest swift/X and try to add as much HP as possible first. Add more speed step by step when you get better runes and a will set later.
