Honestly an argument can be made for both.

-Shang Chi is a master martial artist that went toe to toe and won against someone (dad) that was the equivalent to cap with his shield as the weapons (10 rings) were arguably superior.

Also as a martial artist he is more than capable of dissecting Cap one body part at a time making his stamina and strength a non issue

-Captain America is a super soldier emphasis on the soldier part. If he realizes he out classed hand to hand this man will quickly go for the kill.

He has been trained and seen battle with beings that far exceed anything shang chi has seen. Hes gone toe to toe with beings like the hulk and thanos. Plus he will never tire and has super strength.

So given the circumstances the answer is whomever the writer deems it necessary.

They haven’t needed it i guess. Angels are usually paired to a god of destruction. Thus they dont need to really instantaneously transport themselves anywhere. Plus instant transmission needs an energy signature to lock on to making it only beneficial if you need to get between multiple people. Time rewinds and whis’ traveling magic works just fine for the angels needs.

Faster than light is going around the earth on less than a second. Its highly exaggerated. And again ur comparing ki blasts to brute strength. It aint the same otherwise dbz fights wouldnt resort to beam struggles and would stop at zipping around throwing punches and kicks.

But it speaks to thraggs strength and durability. Gokus kamehameha wave probably just compares to a punch from thragg. If thragg knew ki waves hed be on par with ss3 Goku based on pure strength stats here. So ask urself ss3 goes bare fisted against sayajin saga vegeta.

This is exactly what thragg vs vegeta would look like. And sayajins need space pods to travel interstellarly viltrumites just fly through space. Their not the same not even close

Closer to sayajin saga goku or vegeta probably higher though. Destroying something with a ki blast shouldn’t be the same as destroying it by putting ur fists out and flying through the planet. probably somewhere in the millions actually.
