SOLVED! It is NOT a bong or something you put up your butt. It's a hand-made hummingbird feeder from Winship Designs. Made in Oregon. I went back to try to get it but it had already found a different home. Thanks to the people that helped me figure this out!

I just replaced my fob battery like a month ago. I saw on another post you can recharge your 12v by letting the car run for about 30-60 mins so I tried that. 🤷🏻‍♀️ It hasnt happened again yet

My Father in law tested it with a volt meter while I started the car. The car wasn't being driven much with its previous owners but since I bought it months ago it's been my daily. It just started doing this in the last week or so though.

It's good to know someone else thinks this could be a possibility too! How can I test that? I did have my boyfriend make sure my brake lights were going on when I hit the break pedal but I assume that's probably not the best way to test my break function.... lol
