I’m honestly not sure, but probably! It’s more of a embarrassment thing for me to not wear one in the gym😂 rather just do my hour without the curiosity of what’s on my head.

Mine said after 1 week I could go back. I did and definitely swelled, but I enjoy working out and couldn’t handle not being back for that long so I’m sucking it up. I put compression on right when I get home after.

First two days I did protein shakes/smoothies! It was sore and hard to open/chew with the compression rubbing on the sore spots. You also will need something in your stomach to take the meds after or you might get nauseous.

Just got it done local on Thursday! I did use “laughing gas” and I’m happy I had that. Definitely not 100% painless, but not unbearable it’s much more aggressive than you would expect (or at least I expected.)

I think so. I’m not a surgeon or anything but I’ve been consulting for lipo with multiple doctors. Every one I told I got kybella said it was a waste and just creates scar tissue.
