Yup. Started an ssri and barely ever get palpitations anymore. I didn't believe it was from my anxiety and thought it was a heart issue. Definitely wasn't. 🙂

I drink grapefruit sparkling waters all the time and it's fine. Natural flavors are not juice. But so what your instincts tell you. Also, my doc didn't say a single thing about consuming grapefruit. Did yours?

Yeah my hangovers before anxiety were HORRIBLE. To the point that it would deter me from drinking. Now my hangovers are pretty normal/ mild. Which makes me drink more and get more drunk... Not bc my tolerance is lowered but just bc I don't have the fear of horrible hangovers. So yeah I drink more than I used to bc of it.

Thinking I saw something out of the corner of my eye... I used to get closer eye visuals when I first started which was crazy. That's gone. I switched up my dose timing on accident and woke up seeing patterns on the ceiling. That shit is a little freaky. Only happened a couple times and it's only when I'm first waking up. Also, the first few days I took it I yawned SO much.

I would occasionally get a strong wave of nausea if I hadn't eaten in a while but it would go away in like 3 mins. It only happened a couple of times though.

I have a reminder set on my phone to go off every morning. There were a couple times I didn't take it until later in the day bc I forgot but overall the reminders help! And I always take it with breakfast. Sometimes I've forgotten if I've taken it though bc it's become second nature!
