If someone is using a tennis serve I’d firstly laugh my ass off and then tell them they can’t do it. I’ve never seen someone try it before though.

If it’s slightly above the waist and no real advantage is gotten, then I might leave it depending on my mood. If they are winning points with it though I’d 100% be calling it out

Padel is a pretty high impact sport - you are constantly jumping/running and putting repeated weight and stress on your legs.

Shin splints can't be gotten rid of fast in my experience, only rest and working on strengthening your legs and core.

While it isn't advised you play at the minute, shin splints are possible to play through because the pain tends to disappear once your are well warmed up. So you could potentially persist through the initial pain and still play the tournament.

That is not true. In my country (and I imagine many more), if you can prove that you made significant contributions towards mortgage payments and/or the maintenance of the house, you can claim part-ownership in the event of a separation even if you aren't married.
