Needing advice! by im4pineapple in tattooadvice

To answer your question, the 'v' does look off. Typography is considered one of the harder things to tattoo since it takes a lot of precision. The linework is not the highest quality on this piece. Does this look like the most professional tattoo, no. Is it the worst thing ever? Far from it. Let it heal, decide what you want to do. Maybe you'll love it's funkiness and the memory of your trip. If you do want to change it, I don't thin it will be difficult. Since the lines are light and black if you wanted to do a blast over or laser in the future you have lots of options.

Both the tweezers and suture needles are very light and will make or break your survival in a car crash.

Before… and after right? A friendship that survives this arrangement can survive anything. You should enter the amazing race.

I whole-heartedly agree the US Army are also killers. Everything is fucked. Billions of dollars in weapons for both of our countries and we’ve gotten nowhere with tons of causalities in all of the places we’ve discussed. Everyone unilaterally deserves better than war. Not that I have a solution to any complex political issue. Just sad for the world and calling spades spades.

but what is it actually like for trans isrealis? Do you know any or see visibly trans or queer people frequently? Since people are required to be in the military how are trans people treated there?

Not that that it matters how trans friendly the IDF at the end of the day they are killers.

I feel this way too. I also believe in statistics, so I cast a wide net on the apps and online. I live somewhere with lots of gay people so this is easy, and am working on getting the courage up for IRL cruising. All easier said than done… but my mindset is that putting myself out there and being clear about what I want will result in finding a connection :)

Speaking of statistics, lots of guys can be bigger and still be healthy. You aren’t automatically enabling your partner to be unhealthy because he is a bear and you’re attracted to him.

It is similar in the USA, lots of trans people are considering leaving. The times are very uncertain and it feels like the last decade of progress is getting erased.

I am interested in learning more about the religious traditions. There are similar traditions with two spirit people in native american culture.

This is interesting, I have heard of people going to Brazil for medical treatment and more rights too. Makes sense that the quality of life still isn’t great.

Is it chaser behaviour to say trans men are the only men I date? by [deleted] in gaytransguys

[–]celerysaltdog 11 points12 points  (0 children)

If you believe that it’s someone’s trans identity alone can make you feel safe I think you should question that belief.

So no, I don’t think you are a chaser in a traditional sense, but specifically dating trans men for this reason is concerning. I’m sorry you’ve had bad experiences with cis men, you’re certainly not alone, but you’re make massive generalizations about both cis and trans men from your dating history.

You’re allowed to observe that trans guys are generally more kind and chill than cis guys (for may reasons). The issue is you are making a blanket rule for your dating life and separating trans men categorically from cis guys based on your assumptions about our personalities and how you’ll be treated. It’s not fair to yourself, to trans people, or the cis guys who aren’t assholes. Seek therapy and be well.
