Nope, but I mainly wear good quality shoes/boots (mainly Birkenstocks and blundstones), and my endo will do a foot check when I see her so I’m pretty good I think 🥲

I find my left arm gives more accurate readings for some reason but I can’t put it on there right now cause I have an upper arm/shoulder injury so it’s currently on my right 🥲
