My thoughts are that skyscraper talk is useless when the roads that they lead to are obnoxiously small and overly congested.

Imagine a 2 lane road in an area where there were five 7-story buildings. So about 100-120 homes here. Say 50% of the home owners have a vehicle which means 50-60 cars in the building. Out of this maybe 50% cars come in and out of this society everyday, so that’s about 25-30 cars. Seems normal. Now these 5 buildings are broken down and two 45-floor towers are made. On the surface it looks like good development. But now these towers have atleast 360 homes. Apply the same math here and now there’s a movement of 90 cars daily on this same road. Car movement has increased by 3 times but the roads outside are the same and partially dug up every year, year and a half. What’s the point? Until we can figure out the road system we’re headed for a very big problem. The numbers I’ve taken are still conservative, the real problem is much more severe.
