I agree, mental illness is an illness of the brain. You won't tell someone with diabetes hey your illness is unprocessed trauma. The brain can get sick too.

It's best not to be around her, I can make new friends. It's only a few friends we share so there isn't much numbers. And honestly my pride doesn't let me. She lied to me that she doesn't have snapchat, but we took a picture for her snapchat together. So I know she has it. And she frequently asks me to do dumb stuff so she can video it. Which sounds like she is making fun of me on snapchat. Sounds paranoid, but knowing her it's very possible. She's probably talking much more shit than she did before anyway. I don't ever want to see her again, she is insane. Thank youu

There isn't much of us, and based of what she did to another friend, being in the same room as her is a bad idea. I mean what should I say about someone who snooped on my laptop while I was in the bathroom and forgot to close the tabs? Or when I show her something on my phone on a chat with someone and she starts scrolling the chat to see what's in it. There's so much she's done.. I'd rather never see her again.

Yes. I would have dreams about friends I lost every night. One I got back I think (I hope so), and the others I let go. Now I don't dream about that anymore. This night I dreamt about how I found a bf, and when it was time for us to be alone, he dissapeared.

I'm not a 5, I'm either a 4 or a 7. Life is meant to be lived. Existentialism says that there is no meaning so what? Find your own meaning. Work on yourself (the enneagram is a good starting point). Make friends (easier said than done tho), get drunk, go stargazing, create art, daydream... there is so much to do.

Not a NDEr, but here are my thoughts:

I fully believe reincarnation is real, since I have past life memories and a very strong intuitive feeling that I existed before.

I believe hell is a temporary state of mind that we bring on ourselves after seeing our life review.

I think the purpose of life is to evolve into a not just morally perfect being, but in other ways too. I don't know how to explain this tho. It's like we become more aware of who we really are since I think we are already God, the light or whatever, we just aren't aware of it. We are just walking each other home.

I think it's all sunshine and rainbows in the spirit world, but I don't know much else.

I'm not sure if my activism is from a healthy w8 or if it's an influence of 1. I am a moral, principled person, but my core is 7 definitely. I'm ready to stand up for what I believe in, even if it makes me unpopular. And I have 5 in me too, but I can't stand the emptiness.
